Option #1 Rent the whole property

Rent the whole property. Two fully furnished houses with four bedrooms and beds for 11 people. Each has independent kitchens and bathrooms.
The (insulated, but no water) beach house can house 1-2 people.
Good for big family of four to six people.
Separate houses for teenagers or relatives. Big garden (2000 m2). Large kitchen in the main house with seating for up to 12 ppl. Living room with panorma windows on the sea, wood stove and projector with screen and media-computer.
Full access to own dock (boats up to 1,5 m draft). 45′ Colin Archer “Oihonna” (oihonna.st) has her permanent berth during winters at the end of the dock.
Parking on Mor annas brygga, Lidingö can be included.

House #1

Main house on property.
Three floors, 60 m2 each.
Big kitchen with room and china for 12 people.
Double permanent bed.
Two foldable double beds.
Dishwasher, washing machine,
Three toilets, two showers, one bath tub.
Indoor and outdoor cinema/projectors+soundsystem.
Dock with 1.5 m depth. Rowing boat, E-dinghy and Iceboat (15 m2)

House #2

Option#2 Rent just the smaller houses as affordable housing during the school year.

Fully independent house with three bedrooms, kitchen, shower, heating, 220 V, 250 MBit fiber. (Shared washing machine).
Good for small family of two to three people. Two students could share the house, with separate bed rooms.
The third beach house has a double bed and living room (currently no bathroom) can be part of the deal for a third person. Full access to garden and the dock.

House #3 Beach house

By the sea. Splendid view.

Living room/work study with panoramic view if the sea.

Live on board s/v Oihonna

# 3 Rent 45′ Colin Archer “Oihonna” as living quarters during the school year/winter season when Oihonna is tied up to the dock at Storholmen.
She has space for two people living comfortably in separate bedrooms/cabins. A large main cabin with place for 6 ppl around the table, three sofas. Kichen is fully furnished with fridge and freezer. Insulated hull and water heating provides temperate climate on board. Wifi and 220 V electricity on board.
(Shared washing machine).

Island Storholmen is car free, has small restaurant and approx 200 houses.
Across the sound, where the ferry stops, is nature reserve Bogesundslandet.

Storholmen is an island, but has excellent communications to Stockholm by public transport, commuter ferry that takes 20 min to get to Subway station Ropsten every hour between 06:00 and 23:00.

Commute time to Stockholm central station, KTH and Stockholm university ca 1 h.
To Arlanda airport 2 H 30 min by public transport and 40 minutes by car.

Rent is per agreement depending on what´s included, one house, two, three, parking, boat etc.

In general we charge according to current market prices in Stockholm for comparable living.

A price indication is that the whole property was rented out 2018/19 for 20 000 SEK a month (plus electricity at 3 SEK/kWh).
The middle house #3 is offered at 10 000/month plus electricity
The beach-house was rented the previous year to a student for a semester at 5 000 SEK/month.
We are open to all options. The whole property, only main house. The two small houses. One house. Whatever fits your needs.
