Rent the whole property

Rent the whole property. Three fully furnished houses with five bedrooms and beds for 11 people. Each house has independent kitchens and bathrooms.
House #2 houses two people or a small family. House #1 by the dock is good for 1-2 people.

The main house has a master bedroom for two people and smaller kids.

The property is a good place to live for big family of four to six people with separate houses for teenagers or relatives.

Big garden (2000 m2).

Large kitchen in the main house with seating for up to 12 ppl.

Living room with panorama windows on the sea, wood stove and projector with screen and media-computer.

Full access to own dock (boats up to 1,5 m draft).

45′ Colin Archer “Oihonna” (oihonna.st) has berthing during winters at the end of the dock.

Parking on Mor annas brygga, Lidingö can be included.

House #1

House #2

Rent just the smaller houses as affordable housing during the school year.

Fully independent house with three bedrooms (one double bed, two single), kitchen, shower, heating, 220 V, 250 MBit fiber. (Shared washing machine in baasement off House#1).
Good for small family of two to three people. Two students could share the house, with separate bed rooms.
The third house by the beach has a double bed and living room and its own bathroom and shower and can be part of the deal for a third person. Full access to garden and the dock.

Live on board s/v Oihonna

The 45′ Colin Archer “Oihonna” has her permanent berth at Storholmen and when she’s not out on long trips she can be rented as living quarters during the school year/. (More here on “Oihonna“).

She has space for two people living comfortably in separate bedrooms/cabins. A large main cabin with place for six people around the table on three sofas. Kitchen is fully furnished with fridge and freezer. Running hot and cold water, shower and toilet. Insulated hull and water heating provides temperate climate on board. WiFi and 220 V electricity on board. (Shared washing machine in basement of House #1).

Island Storholmen is car free, has a small restaurant and approx 200 houses.
Across the sound, where the ferry stops, is nature reserve Bogesundslandet.

Storholmen has excellent public transportation. Commuter ferry runs approx every 2 h (06-23) to Subway station Ropsten. The ferry takes 20 min to Ropsten and stops also on Lidingö and Danderyd. Updated timetable here.

Commute time to Stockholm central station is approx 1 h (As well as to/from Karolinska Institutet, KTH, Danderyd Hospital and Stockholm university)

To Arlanda airport 2 H 30 min by public transport and 40 minutes by car.

Guestparking is available (paid and according to availability) is available on Mor Annas brygga, Lidingö where the ferry also stops and to where one can take private boat.

Rent is per agreement depending on what´s included, one house, two, three, parking, boat etc.

In general we charge according to current market prices in Stockholm for comparable living.

A price indication is that the whole property was rented out 2019 for 25 000 SEK a month (including heat/electricity).
House #3 was rented in 2018 for 15 000/month including electricity

We are open to all options. The whole property, only main house. The two small houses. One house. Whatever fits your needs.
